My experience with Capsule has been refreshingly positive in every way! They have taken the stress of getting my medications out of the equation. Their prices are great! And... I enjoy reading the personal notes they put in each bag they deliver to my home! I strongly recommend you give them a try.

I have been rehabilitating after a second surgery for a broken femur. I’m so lucky, and grateful for friends and family who are stepping up do so many of daily errands. Finding CAPSULE PHARMACY in Little Italy to promptly fill and deliver my prescription is so exciting! Feels terrific to be able to have what I need when I need it. They are all lovely people as well. Happy day!!!

I never thought I would love my pharmacy, but Capsule is awesome. Free same or next day delivery is a total game changer, the app is super convenient, and I have easy chat access to my pharmacist for any questions. Capsule made the pharmacy modern and the customer service is beyond great.

Exceptional Service! They are fast, reliable and their app is so easy to use. I have been using them for a year and they always answer all my questions instantly and have only had great experiences with them so far. I am so glad I never have to worry about making multiple pharmacy trips to pick up my meds anymore, as they deliver them to my work or home (they deliver to most of San Diego County), saves me so much time! Will never go back to a regular pharmacy EVER again.

Amazing prescription service! The pharmacists, customer specialists and couriers exceed expectations in all levels of service. The app is also super easy to use and provides live updates to when the prescription is received from the doctor to the time it arrives at your doorstep. *Update* I cannot give enough praise for Capsule and their team. Their response time is amazing and their team is so helpful in getting a quick turnaround. Thank you for being so customer focused!

I have never in my life ever felt so cared for by a pharmacy until I switched to Capsule. Not only do they make receiving my prescriptions easy, I feel like they have gone above and beyond any other pharmacy I have worked with to take care of me, my needs, urgent changes or requests, insurance challenges, and supply shortages. I love that I can address all my needs by text. Jon and his team here in San Diego are thoughtful, caring, and dedicated. If you're wondering whether Capsule is a pharmacy worth considering, you can stop wondering. I can vouch for how well they take care of me!

I thought it was too good to be true when someone recommended a pharmacy I’d never heard of that was in my zip code and didn’t seem to be affected by the same drug shortage issues all the bigger pharmacies around me were having at the time. I guess no one ever told me that I’m allowed to choose somewhere that isn’t a big name pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS. US healthcare makes no sense and I’ve had to switch insurance a bunch of times, but Capsule has taken so much stress out of the process. I can text directly with real humans whenever I need help. Their app and website are user friendly and it’s easy to pay for my meds ahead of time so that someone else can pick them up for me if I can’t make it. They also offer delivery but I haven’t needed that service since I live so close by. To sum things up, Capsule is real, nice, dependable humans. Rare to find these days! They’re my neighbors and they have all my drugs. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I never thought I would genuinely love a pharmacy this much! The process is super simple and the team is wonderful. They even have my prescription ready as I’m walking in. I only wish they had more locations for when I no longer live nearby ❤️

Capsule is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used, and what truly sets it apart is the people. In my experience, it’s very rare to find pharmacists who are not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Jonathan and Zach over the past year, and they have each, on several occasions, made my life significantly easier. As someone with a chronic illness, I regularly have to navigate insurance barriers, unresponsive doctor’s offices, and medical device companies. Jonathan and Zach consistently go out of their way to make sure I get the medications I need -- on time and at an affordable cost. They’ve taken something that is so stressful and made it so much easier, and I'm deeply grateful for the care and effort they put into their work. I used to live super close by, which made it extra convenient to come in, and I was worried about moving and having to find a new pharmacy (because no one can compare), but thankfully I’ll now be able to use their delivery service. I truly cannot say enough great things about Capsule and their pharmacy team!
